REALTOR® Sarah Gelman is a lifelong resident of Pierce County.  Born and raised in Tacoma, she graduated from Bellarmine Preparatory in 1986 and went on to attend both Washington State University and The Evergreen State College.  She and her husband, Gage, have three children, two sons and a daughter.  

Prior to joining the world of real estate, Sarah worked in the legal field for 25 years. During this time, she worked closely with attorneys and other legal professionals, as well as helped guide clients through the difficult legal process. This experience allowed her to develop strong skills in customer service, as well as a relaxed ability to troubleshoot a broad range of situations.

Her previous career in the legal field, as well as her own real estate endeavors, serve her well as an agent. Together with her husband, Sarah has renovated and remodeled two homes, completed a land development project and, as general contractors, designed and built a custom home.  These experiences have given her first hand knowledge in areas relating to land use, county code and building requirements, as well as a vast understanding of construction and design.  

Sarah continues to call Tacoma home.  She enjoys her family and friends and any opportunity to travel. She also loves crafting, organizing, and decorating—she loves to walk into a room, visualize its transformation, and then set the vision into action!

A: I am a people person. I love to utilize all methods available to communicate with my clients, and I will tailor my communication with clients to best suit their needs.
